With music at its core, the festival will include photography, art, family events, literature and theatre, in a bid to marry outstanding local artists with excellence from across the UK. Running from Hythe to Dungeness, it will also be working in collaboration with local organisations such as RSPB, Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway (RH&DR), IMOS Foundation, the Marsh Academy, the Mercure Hythe Imperial hotel and the Romney Marsh churches. From a sumptuous opera dinner and concert to trips on the RH&DR and primary school performances, there is something for everyone. The pop-up supper club will be offering guests a rare opportunity to snoop around the intriguing collection at dusk and then feast on a specially designed menu of burgers and Bordeaux. The events are part of a series of new things taking place at the museum in order to appeal to wider audience, and bring more people to the beautiful town.
