Practice stress reduction Practice stress reduction Stress can get on top of you if you are not taking steps to reduce it on a regular basis, and more importantly, in healthy ways. What reduces stress may vary from person to person, but here are a few ideas: • Exercise • Meditation • Spending time in nature • Journaling • Painting • Gardening Make sure you dedicate time regularly to healthy stress-reduction activities, and remind yourself that you're ݽ
