Final few spectacular skyline penthouse and duplex apartments at
The Panorama, Ashford, now on sale
Phenomenal demand has resulted in over 50%
of the remaining penthouse and duplex
apartments across floors eight and nine at The
Panorama, Ashford, being reserved off-plan.
The remaining 11 luxury penthouse and
duplex apartments at this lavish landmark building,
situated in the heart of Kent, are now on sale.
The high-spec skyline apartments feature
contemporary open-plan living and dining areas,
with large double-glazed windows offering plenty
of natural light and stunning views across the
vibrant and historic market town of Ashford.
Each penthouse has a private terrace, while
the duplex apartments have terraces on both
levels.
The two-bedroom properties also boast
modern kitchens, tiled bathrooms, access to an
exclusive rooftop garden, and on-site parking at
both lower ground level and above ground.
Security is a priority throughout the building, with
common areas well lit, a video entry phone system
and an on-site concierge service.
During the first phase of sales last year, 210
apartments across floors one to seven all sold
out, and the demand for the penthouse and
duplex apartments demonstrates the
attractiveness of Ashford’s landmark building.
David O’Neil, development director for Dukelease,
said he is expecting similar levels of interest in
the skyline suites.
“With 50% of the skyline apartments already
sold, time is running out for anyone still interested

in owning a luxury apartment at The Panorama.
Buyers have been quick to recognise the various
benefits available to them.
“The skyline suites offer a real alternative
to buying in London – and they’re a fraction of
what you’d pay for a London equivalent. Indeed,
with Ashford International train station just a five
minute walk away, you can hop on a train and
be in the city in 38 minutes – perfect for
commuters.”
A show penthouse and show duplex
apartment across floors eight and nine are
scheduled to be launched in July. Prices for the
remaining properties start from £250,000. To
avoid disappointment, anyone interested in the
remaining apartments is asked to submit their

Kings Hill developer wins national award
Kings Hill developer, Liberty Property Trust
UK, is celebrating winning a national award
for its placemaking skills for a project
undertaken with Countryside.
This is Liberty’s second endorsement
for placemaking – Kings Hill was named
the UK’s most successful new village by
an independent survey by international
property consultants, CBRE, which praised
the way it master planned the development
to create a clear sense of community.
The latest award – the prestigious
Place Making Award in Property Week’s
Property Awards 2014 – was for Liberty’s
Cambridge Biomedical Campus, which
combines world-class biomedical research,
patient care, and university teaching on a
single site. Liberty is developing the campus
jointly with Countryside.
“Placemaking is about creating new
communities that people can be proud of
and enjoy spending time in. Although this
award was for our Cambridge development,
it is a fantastic endorsement for all of our
projects and is testament to our core
credentials – quality, attention to detail, and
long-term approach to development,” said
Liberty’s managing director, Andrew
Blevins.

“We have learnt a great deal from
developing Kings Hill and the Cambridge
Biomedical Campus, and have used this
knowledge and skill in our plans for the
next phase of development at Kings Hill,
so it is very gratifying to know that our work
has been recognised in this way.”
Plans for the next phase of
development at Kings Hill have been
submitted to Tonbridge and Malling
Borough Council, which include 635 houses
and a new primary school with playing
fields. Additional community amenities will
also incorporate a skate park, extension to
the community centre, and a new linear
park, which will be over three times the size
of the pitch at Wembley.
Kings Hill is set in 800 acres near the
county town of Maidstone, and is just two
miles from junction four of the M20. It was
a former airfield and is now home to around
6,900 residents and more than 200
businesses, employing some 5,500 people.
