There is no delaying on this and you should seriously look at all areas of your life. Our bodies are designed to be fuelled with nutritious, wholesome food and then be active on a regular basis. Your mind also needs to be worked on and that won’t happen if you are spending too much of your down time in front of the TV. You may be influenced by the people who you spend time with so NOW could be a good time for a full life audit and some changes need to be put in place. Make one change each day, or week even. Do it every day until it becomes a habit. 15-25 points You have some good health habits in your life but there is still some room for improvement. Make a list of all of the things that you do which are good for your health and programme some more in. If you feel that you haven’t got the time, trim some fat from your schedule and make time. There is nothing more important to you than your health – you know that. So an audit of good and bad is what is needed to highlight areas that you need to work on. A Tip: Many people ask me how to find motivation, especially for exercise. I always say, take the body and the mind will follow – in other words, motivation is not always there – you just have to get on with it and then enjoy the feeling. 25-30 points You seem to be doing things right in the health department so well done. If you are feeling energised and happy then this is an area that you can be proud of. Focus on the great feelings that feeding your body with good nutrition and being active give you. Cherish your ‘me time’ and encourage those around you to take on some of the behaviours you are now practicing. You can then keep each other accountable. In Conclusion If you want to be the best you, then you have to do the work. By following all of my Four Elements of Health: Movement, Food, Mind Power and Family, you give your mind, body and soul the very best chance of achieving great health, peace and contentment. 87 © Bradford Rogne To find out more about The Pavelka Health Revolution, visit www.pavelka.co.uk @PavelkaHealth /PavelkaHealthRevolution
