THANET WELCOMES NEW WEEKLY VEG BOX DELIVERY SERVICE
This month, Dave’ s Veg Boxes, a new weekly delivery service bringing fresh seasonal vegetables directly to households across Thanet, is launching.
The idea grew from David’ s own love of growing vegetables, which began as a distraction from personal challenges he was facing. He became absorbed in nurturing plants and watching them gradually develop into courgettes, tomatoes, carrots and other produce.
What began as a welcome distraction developed into a genuine love of growing and eventually gave him the confidence to turn his passion into something bigger.
“ Growing vegetables gave me something positive to focus on,” said David.“ I’ d get excited seeing what I had grown, nurturing the little plants and wondering what they would eventually become.
“ It might sound simple, but the garden became a really important part of my routine. What began with a few little courgettes has now grown into something much bigger. I’ m incredibly excited to start this journey and bring proper, fresh vegetables to people across Thanet.”
Designed as a neighborhood greengrocer brought to your door, Dave’ s Veg Boxes offer a convenient selection of family produce delivered every Saturday. Regular boxes cost £ 18, with larger family boxes available for £ 28.
David will source the produce from trusted growers and suppliers, while bringing the personal knowledge, care and local service people might expect from their local greengrocer. www. insidekent. co. uk • 137
