A FEW MILES INLAND, IN FORDWICH, TABLES ARE BOOKED WEEKS AHEAD IN A DINING ROOM THAT MANAGES TO FEEL BOTH EXACTING AND COMPLETELY RELAXED. OVER IN MARGATE, NATURAL WINE BARS AND SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD DRAW DINERS FROM FAR AND WIDE, WHILE IN WHITSTABLE, A BAKERY SELLS OUT ITS AWARD-WINNING BREAD BEFORE LUNCH.
