DREAMLAND’ S THRILLING 2026 SEASON OPENS!

Dreamland, Margate’ s iconic amusement park and entertainment venue by the sea, will reopen to the public for the 2026 season from Friday 3 April with a range of family-friendly rides and attractions, plus some of the biggest names in music, solidifying the park as the jewel in the crown of the ever-popular British seaside town.

The 2026 Dreamland season will begin with the park open from 10.30am- 6pm every day for the duration of the Easter holidays from Friday 3 April- Sunday 19 April( inclusive). The park will then be open on weekends and school holidays until the summer season when the doors will be open daily from 18 July. Dreamland will also be open for October half term.
Continuing its reputation as a great day out for all of the family, prices for all-day wristbands have been frozen from 2025 meaning endless access to the park’ s rides at an affordable cost. Covering all of the rides in the park, a Mega Ride Wristband is priced at £ 24.99 and a Tiny Tots Wristband, covering certain smaller rides, is priced at £ 12.99( T & Cs apply). Standard Ride Tokens are £ 3 each, or a bundle of 20 can be purchased for £ 40; each ride is one token.
Dreamland’ s amusement park offers family thrills with a 50-foot plunge on the Wild River log flume, the famous big wheel, waltzers, dodgems, ghost train and Rock‘ N’ Roller roller coaster amongst many other attractions. New for 2026, young visitors can‘ paddle’ their own canoe and enjoy a ride on Little River, located next to Wild River.
Parkgoers can enjoy the delights of the retro Roller Disco and the popular arcade and amusements, plus a range of food and drink provided by the renowned street food aficionados KERB, in collaboration with LevyUK & Ireland.
In a first for 2026, Lovebox Presented by Dreamland is a brand new event concept masterminded by the original Lovebox crew and the team behind Margate’ s iconic Dreamland. Taking place across 29- 30 May, Lovebox Presented By Dreamland carries the Lovebox ethos into a new era- welcoming friends old and new into the fold to this special seaside edition. Confirmed acts include Rudimental, Groove Armada, Soul II Soul, Jayda G, 4AM KRU, Girls Don’ t
Sync, Goldie b2b Special Request, Scissor Sisters, Friendly Fires, Horse Meat Disco and many more across the weekend.
As well as Lovebox, 2026 will also include some of the biggest names in music headlining the now iconic Scenic Stage, firmly cementing Dreamland as one of the UK’ s top outdoor music venues. Acts for 2026 confirmed so far include Tom Grennan, Belle and Sebastian with Saint Etienne, Garbage & Skunk Anansie, David Gray, Paul Weller, Chris Isaak, The Kooks, Fatboy Slim, The Flaming Lips & The Beta Band, Bastille, Kesha and Bowling For Soup with Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, to name a few.
Alongside the musical lineup, a variety of comedy shows will take place in Dreamland’ s Hall By The Sea. With four dates already on sale, The Comedy Store- renowned as a breeding ground for new talent- will bring a variety of comedians throughout the year. There’ s also shows from Josh Baulf, Thomas Green and The Adam Buxton Band, providing the laughs.
