Sissinghurst Castle’ s beloved South Cottage will reopen on select dates this January and February for an immersive‘ living museum’ experience. Visitors can look forward to being immersed in a day in the life of celebrated poet and writer Vita Sackville-West and her diplomat and author husband Harold Nicolson in 1936- all set against the backdrop of the Abdication Crisis, significant 20th-century politics, Sissinghurst’ s renowned garden design and personal loss.

Churchill’ s long-running and much-loved evenings of close-up magic in the studio offer the unique opportunity to witness extraordinary tricks from some of the finest magicians direct from The Magic Circle. Guaranteed to enthral and amaze, these studio showcases will allow guests to experience top-class magic in an intimate setting, with performances even often offering the chance for audiences to take part themselves. Performers vary with each show. This event is suitable for ages 11 and above.
