Our Award-Winning Korker Sausages are made to the same traditional recipe created by my grandad, Jim Hoad, over 65 years ago and our festive favourites are no exception. Each Pig in Blanket starts life as a Korker Chipolata sausage, wrapped by hand in streaky bacon, ensuring every bite is bursting with flavour. It’ s that attention to detail that makes them the perfect centrepiece for your Christmas dinner plate or festive buffet spread.
