A Timeless Christmas at Ightham Mote

Journey through seven centuries of yuletide traditions from the pagan Middle Ages to the sparkle of the 1980s.
With evocative lights, nostalgic soundscapes and seasonal scents, explore how Christmas has been celebrated through the ages, from Victorian splendour to 1950s vintage glamour, ending with a tribute to 40 years of National Trust care since 1985.
