ALADDIN AT ORCHARD WEST

Starring TV legend Linda Robson, who has remained a familiar face on British screens, Aladdin celebrates the beloved actress who became a household name when she took on the iconic role of Tracey Stubbs in the hit sitcom Birds of a Feather. She is also known for being a regular panellist on ITV’ s Loose Women.. Theatre director, Tal Rosen, said:“ We’ re absolutely delighted to announce Linda Robson is starring in this year’ s pantomime, Aladdin, as Jasmine’ s mother. As a much-loved household name, Linda will undoubtedly bring her warmth, humour and unmistakable personality to Orchard West. She is a perfect fit for Dartford this Christmas and Aladdin is guaranteed to be a special festive production. We look forward to welcoming Linda in her first panto role here in Dartford and we know our audiences will be delighted by this production.”

Joining Linda is the hilarious comedian Rikki Jay, who returns to Dartford following his appearance in the Orchard Theatre panto in 2021. Dusting off the bras and stilettos is panto regular Jason Marc-Williams as your dame- Aladdin’ s mum, while bringing the magic is Britain’ s Got Talent and America’ s Got Talent’ s Mandy Muden as Spirit of the Ring. Lastly, there is a welcome return of West End star Cleve September as Aladdin alongside the talented new up-and-comer, Ruby Mann, who successfully gained the role of Jasmine following open auditions. A junior ensemble of local young performers is also set to join the cast for the first time at Orchard West, guaranteeing this year’ s pantomime offers variety, huge energy and excitement.
Located just a stone’ s throw from The Orchard Theatre, Orchard West is a unique and vibrant venue for audiences to continue enjoying live performances in a warm, safe and comfortable environment while essential building work is completed at The Orchard Theatre.
Opened in November 2023, Orchard West is a state-of-the-art temporary venue with a 1,091 capacity. The multi-award- winning venue provides comfortable seating for all theatregoers and facilities for those guests with disability and accessibility requirements.
