SPECIAL FEATURE: EDUCATION in KENT 2025
Kent has long been considered one of the most exceptional counties in the whole of the UK when it comes to educating our children. Besides Ofsted exponentially adding more of its 540 primary schools and 220 secondary schools( including private schools, grammar schools and non-selective schools) to their hallowed list of outstanding education providers, in Kentish schools, 11.48 % of pupils achieve a strong pass in reading, writing and maths versus the England average of 9.86 %. Figures like these speak for themselves.
For parents and carers of school-age children, it’ s a huge relief to know that there are so many fantastic schools dotted across the county. And for children lucky enough to be born and bred in Kent, this means their education is guaranteed to be excellent, imparting upon them the essential life skills that only a great school can while being taught by teachers – both engaged and engaging – with a real passion for what they do.
It’ s said that your school days are the best days of your life, which is certainly true if you’ re living them out in the Garden of England. Kentish kids( or those children whose parents have decided to hop across the Sussex, Surrey, Essex or London border to guarantee their offspring a fantastic education) will learn, have fun and develop their personalities and interests in a supportive and structured environment, which ultimately means they will grow up to be wellrounded adults who will contribute meaningfully to society. What more could we want for our flourishing children?
Deliberating over a bounty of brilliant establishments isn’ t a bad problem to have, so we urge you to kick back, relax and have a read through insideKENT’ s 2025 special education feature to discover more about everything that Kent’ s abundance of exceptional schools has to offer.
