Supported by The Rochester Bridge Trust, Rochester Cathedral is celebrating Medway’ s remarkable aviation history this summer by presenting free family engineering activities and the installation of the Short Scion Floatplane for the month of August. The newly restored Short Scion Floatplane G-AEZF has been rebuilt by Medway Aircraft Preservation Society Limited( MAPSL) but was first built in the Short Brothers factory that was once located on Rochester Esplanade.
