BROMLEY OLD TOWN HALL Dating back to 1906, this celebrated town landmark has played a pinnacle role in Bromley’ s colourful heritage, from developments in local politics and its role as a nuclear fall-out shelter, to being the chosen venue for iconic artist David Bowie’ s wedding in 1970. Having been meticulously restored back to its former glory, today the heritage-rich but stylishly refreshed Old Town Hall has been transformed into a popular community workspace and events venue, and is the home of boutique hotel, Brama.

THE BISHOPS PALACE Also known as Bromley Palace, this historic manor was once the residence of the former Bishops of Rochester. JUBILEE COUNTRY PARK A blossoming nature reserve covering 62 acres of neutral grassland, meadows and woodland that supports an abundance of wildlife including amphibians, birds, butterflies, insects, reptiles and wild plants. Friends of Jubilee Country Park, a voluntary community group who work to protect and conserve the park’ s wonders, also hold regular guided walks, talks and events throughout the year.
CHURCH HOUSE GARDENS Pretty ornamental gardens located only a stone’ s throw from the high street with a glistening lake, children’ s play area and numerous sports facilities including tennis and basketball courts, as well as a natural amphitheatre for outdoor events.

NORMAN PARK The venue of many local festivals and organised parkruns, Norman Park’ s versatile grounds and circling two-kilometre pathway makes for a popular outdoor destination for joggers, ramblers and cyclists. Visitors can also find the Norman Park Community Sports Centre here which features a top-ofthe-range athletics track and offers a programme of weekly fitness classes.
