THE KOREAN COWGIRL BRINGS ITS BOLD FUSION MENU TO ASHFORD
Friday 18 April saw the highly anticipated opening of The Korean Cowgirl, a vibrant new fusion restaurant that delivers mouthwatering dishes, a lively atmosphere and warm hospitality. Located in Ashford’ s Eureka Park, this exciting culinary destination offers a fresh twist on traditional dishes, combining the fiery heat and savoury umami of Korean cuisine with the satisfying smoked flavours of Texas and redefining fusion dining with creative, tasty dishes.
“ We are incredibly excited to bring a one-of-a-kind dining experience to Ashford,” said John Bingley, executive chef of The Korean Cowgirl.“ Our pitmaster works around the clock to perfect our USDA Texas-style brisket and Korean BBQ sausage, which are cooked low and slow for 15 hours on our on-site smoker. BUENOS AIRES NIGHTS OPENS ITS FIRST EVER CANTERBURY BRANCH
Buenos Aires Nights, the acclaimed Argentinian steakhouse, has officially opened its third Kent location in Canterbury’ s historic Mercery Lane, occupying the former Subway premises. Founded by Buenos Aires native, Linda Pontoreiro, the restaurant brings authentic South American cuisine to the city, featuring premium Argentinian beef, traditional dishes like chorizo sausage and empanadas, and a curated selection of wines including local offerings from Balfour Winery in Tonbridge. The Canterbury branch joins the ranks of nearby establishments in Maidstone and Ashford, both known for their warm ambience and commitment to quality.
At Buenos Aires Nights, Pontoreiro aims to offer a unique dining experience, blending Argentinian flavours with Kent’ s local charm while creating ample new job opportunities and contributing positively to the local economy.
