Summer Berry French Toast with Cinnamon JAZZ™ Apple Syrup

Ingredients :
• 3 slices thick cut bread
• 2 large eggs , beaten
• 1 to 2 tbsp of butter
• ½ cup of milk
• ½ tsp of vanilla essence
• ½ tsp of cinnamon powder
• 3 strawberries
• 3 raspberries
• 3 blackberries
• 3 JAZZ™ apples – juiced
• 200g of sugar
Method :
1 . In a pan , add your freshly squeezed JAZZ™ apple juice , ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 200g of sugar . Cook on a low to medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until it reaches a golden and syrupy consistency . Once done , leave to one side to cool .
2 . In a large oven dish , add your beaten eggs , milk , vanilla essence , cinnamon powder and mix .
3 . In a pre-heated pan , add 1 tbsp of butter . Dunk your bread into the egg mixture then cook in the pan for about 3 minutes on both sides or until golden .
4 . Place the French toast on a serving plate , add fresh raspberries , strawberries and blackberries and generously drizzle over with your JAZZ™ apple and cinnamon syrup before dusting with some powdered sugar ( optional ) and enjoy .
