AT HEVER CASTLE & GARDEN ’ S DAZZLING DAFFODILS

Celebrate the first signs of spring at Hever Castle , as over 90,000 daffodil bulbs are set to bloom across the iconic grounds during the return of Hever ’ s annual Dazzling Daffodils showcase . Running from 17 - 23 March , visitors are invited to visit the gardens at their brightest for a host of seasonal activities , outdoor explorations and spring cheer .

Choose to embark on a self-led stroll or join an exclusive tour with Johnny Walkers , master grower of Walkers Bulbs and winner of 25 consecutive RHS Chelsea gold medals . Flower arranging , castle displays and interactive photo opportunities will also be available at select times and are included with general grounds or castle admission .

Since starting my apprenticeship at insideKENT just five months ago , I have really enjoyed getting to work with such a dynamic and driven team , so much so that I forget that I ’ ve only been here for a short time . I am looking forward to growing my skills during the year ahead and undertaking lots of new exciting responsibilities as I progress in my role .

Outside of my new apprenticeship , I am very intrigued by Kent ’ s history and I particularly love learning about my family who have lived in Kent for over eight generations ! As my fellow iK team will tell you , I can often be heard sharing a fascinating fact or two about general topics and our county ’ s past .

I also like to listen to music and read - my favourite genre is definitely crime fiction . Therefore , when I ’ m not in the office , you might find me at some of Kent ’ s top heritage attractions or music venues . Check out some of my recommendations below .
