Visitors will have dedicated time with one of their reindeer keepers to learn all about what they eat , when they grow antlers and how they manage to keep warm throughout the winter . A ticket to meet the reindeer includes full-day entry to the park , so the whole family can easily enjoy a delightful day out with the animals this Christmas .
Wildwood ’ s 40 acres of ancient , seminatural woodland contains over 200 British species including otters , bison , deer and ducks . There are daily keeper talks and Q & As to to learn about the history and characters of your favourite animals across the park , and you ’ ll be sure to find miniature versions of them in the form of souvenir teddies at the shop .

Firstly , visitors who have pre-booked step into the magical White Rose Room for a storytime experience with Father Christmas before heading to the Great Hall for a delectable afternoon tea , during which he ’ ll greet each table and hand out goody bags to all the children . With classic British scones , sandwiches and cakes , the castle ’ s afternoon tea includes an array of indulgent sweet and savoury treats . The experience lasts a total of approximately 2.5 hours and makes for an excellent , full-bellied start to a festive day with the family at Chiddingstone Castle .
