DARTFORD GIVES THE GOLDEN BUZZER TO SYDNIE THIS CHRISTMAS !
Fresh from her victory as the winner of Britain ’ s Got Talent , and to follow her album , My Way , sparkling star Sydnie Christmas is returning to her home county of Kent to make her pantomime debut at Orchard West , Dartford .
Joining Sydnie is the celebrated comedy duo , Dartford ’ s own Simmons and Simmons . The father and son duo , Keith and Ben , are often called Panto Legends and have a shared experience of nearly 80 years in pantomime . Living locally , Keith has never performed in pantomime at the Orchard Theatre but has been seen treading the boards in a variety of other productions , even appearing in the Gala Opening Night of The Orchard Theatre back in 1983 !
Sydnie said : “ I am so excited to be coming home for Christmas and to be appearing in pantomime in Kent ! With my surname , it ’ s understandable that Christmas is such a special time of year for my family and me , and with how busy my year has been I am so grateful to be able to spend the festive season in my home county ! I can ’ t wait to be able to get on stage and sing my heart out at the fantastic Orchard West venue and bring a bit of Sydnie sparkle to the role of Fairy Christmas !”
Also joining the cast is award-winning comedian of Britain ’ s Got Talent fame , Christian Lee . Christian reached the live finals of Britain ’ s Got Talent in 2016 , earning more than 500 million YouTube hits worldwide . He is an associate of the world-famous inner Magic Circle and has been dubbed the ‘ King of Comedy Magic ’ by Time Out .
