Head to Kent Life Heritage Farm Park for daily Halloween fancy dress competitions , frightful farm rides , creepy corners , pumpkin carving and lots more . New for 2024 is the ‘ Sandling Hollow ’, a charming vintage village that has fallen under the enchanting spell of mischievous spirits . The festivities will kick off from 25 October and run up until 1 November , be sure to visit the website for the full timetable of events not to be missed .

From 26 October - 3 November , when the castle ’ s grounds showcase their prettiest autumnal shades , visitors can set off on an exploration throughout the grounds to find the hidden spooky pumpkins and discover the missing Halloween word to win a prize .

Starting from 12 October , Broadditch Farm Shop will be welcoming families for an array of exciting events this autumn . Look forward to Pumpkin Picking throughout the scenic fields , including use of a wheelbarrow and plenty of fun photo opportunities - prebooking however , is necessary . On selected dates , the little ones can also take part in the Pumpkin Carving Workshops held in the events barn for £ 6.50 per person and running everyday when the fields are open are the Spooky Trailer Rides through the farm ’ s atmospheric ‘ Freaky Forest ’.

Food and drinks will be available to purchase for the station ’ s tea room before the train embarks on a journey through the dark countryside to Northiam Station for a mesmerising firework ’ s display .
