Our entry level policies start from just £ 600 and are aimed at properties that meet the following criteria :
• Rebuild values up to £ 450,000
• Contract Works up to £ 250,000
• Lived in during the works
• Duration of works under 6 months
For projects that meet this , but with works between 6 and 12 months , the premiums start at just £ 900 .
As a Specialist Broker we can also cater for larger projects up to £ 50mil for the existing property and £ 70mil in works value , along with Commercial redevelopment works up to £ 150mil in value .
