I understand this journey all too well . As a 50-year-old woman , a single mum , personal trainer and a menopause wellness coach , I ’ ve been there . 2 . De-stress and Recharge Chronic stress can exacerbate menopausal symptoms . Make time for activities that help you unwind and de-stress . Dust off an old hobby , curl up with a good book , or schedule a relaxing massage . Remember , self-care isn ’ t selfish , it ’ s essential !
3 . Find Movement You Love Exercise doesn ’ t have to be a chore . Discover activities you genuinely enjoy , whether it ’ s a fitness class with friends , a post-dinner walk with family , or an online dance workout . The key is to get moving in a way that feels good for your body . These are just a starting point , but they can have a significant impact on your energy levels , mood and overall wellbeing .
