Anyone else just overwhelmingly relieved that spring is finally here ? I know I sure am !
Did you too feel that the first quarter of 2024 felt like the world had lost its marbles a little bit ? In fact , nearly everyone I spoke to felt like they were spinning out of control with balance - work , life , health , finances , happiness - all a little out of whack … Yet , with that helpful bit of seasonal magic , we ’ re gifted a little more spring in our step ; proving that a little bit of sunshine , a little bit of outdoor time and a little bit of Kentish adventure is all we need for better days ahead !
In order to restore your cortisol levels and bring you some iKinduced dopamine , it seemed fitting to make our April issue all about getting back out and about in our glorious county in a bid to restore some kind of ‘ normal ’ ( whatever that looks like for you !) along the way .
