The Well is a wellness residence on Margate ’ s seafront with beautiful sea views on each floor . The name and concept is based on the owner ’ s favourite philosophy : ‘ Think of yourself as a well , if you ’ re constantly giving out all your energy without taking time to keep yourself topped up , you ’ re going to run dry . To be your best self you ’ ve got to take time to fill up with all that good energy that makes you , you .’ The Well is the place to do just that .
The owners started this project from scratch in the top floors of a run-down townhouse . They put passion into making every detail of the open and breezy layout feel bohemian in design - all created to ‘ top you up ’. Things like waking up in the morning to fresh coffee at the coffee bar , taking a soak in the tub that ’ s looking out to sea , kicking off sandy shoes after a walk along the Viking Coastal Trail , cosy candlelit dinners , shaking up cocktails from the honesty bar and morning meditation and yoga with a view of the water .
