Over the last few weeks , we have been very busy welcoming baby animals at the farm . Head over to the lambing tunnel to meet the adorable new lambs where our farmers will be on hand to answer any questions . Make sure to test their knowledge and learn something new ! If you are feeling lucky , join us for our famous pig racing every day at 3.15pm , with the chance for the kids to take part .
Explorers wanted ! Take a short walk to Mysterious Marsh and let the kids negotiate bridges , test balance , swing on tyres and fly through the trees , all while avoiding the marsh trolls . Who can make it all the way to the end without touching the ground ? Come and try today if you dare !
Take a trip on our tractor up to the woods . Brand new for spring , it now has an accessible trailer . No one is getting left behind here ! With space for a wheelchair , everyone can enjoy a tour of the farm .
Come and meet our friendly Easter bunny , Noreen Carrots and her friends . Capture the fun with pictures during meet and greet sessions and see if you can spot all the letters in our Easter word trail for the chance to win a sweet treat !
With the sun hopefully shining , ice cream weather is upon us . Stop at one of our food outlets to find a selection of ice creams .
Or , if you are feeling a bit more peckish , pop into the Granary Restaurant to enjoy freshly prepared food . For those of us in need of a caffeine boost , we offer a menu of barista coffees with alternative milk options available .
The best part ? With every visit to The Rare Breeds Centre , you are also supporting our charity , Canterbury Oast Trust , which supports adults with learning disabilities to achieve their aspirations for how they wish to live , learn and work .
