Cheddar Cheese and StrawberryJam Heart-Shaped Vol-Au-Vents

Ingredients :
• 320g ready-rolled puff pastry
• 70g Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese
• 100g strawberry jam
Method :
1 . Preheat your oven to 200 ° C .
2 . Roll out the puff pastry onto a floured surface or greaseproof paper . Cut out 16 hearts using a heart-shaped cutter . Using a smaller heart-shaped cutter , cut out the middle of 8 hearts and place on top of the full ones so there is a heart-shaped dent in the middle of each heart .
3 . Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden .
4 . Remove from the oven and rest for 2 minutes .
5 . Fill the hearts with strawberry jam and top with Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese .
