Cranberry Gin Fizz

Ingredients :

• 50ml gin ( use your favourite )

• 25ml cranberry juice

• 25ml lemon juice

• 15ml sugar syrup

• One egg white or aquafaba

Method :

1 . Shake all ingredients without ice first to emulsify the egg and create lots of foam . 2 . Then shake all ingredients with ice to cool and dilute . 3 . Strain into a tumbler and top with soda water . 4 . Garnish with some cranberries or a festive candy cane .
