Spitroast Pineapple Spritz
Recipe by : Lexi Brown , Kent-based Mixologist
Ingredients :
• 40ml spit roast pineapple gin ( I love this one : www . thatboutiqueygincompany . com )
• 20ml Aperol
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 100ml Prosecco
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Optional top up with soda for a longer drink
Method : 1 . Fill a large wine glass with ice . 2 . Add gin , aperol , lime juice and sugar syrup .
3 . Top up with Prosecco and optional soda . 4 . Garnish with fresh citrus slices , pineapple chunks and pineapple leaves .
TOP TIP : This spritz is perfect served with flame-grilled meats , fish dishes and light cheese salads .
