Cherries , apples and pears come from the Riccini family farm just minutes away ; the changing daily bread has featured cruffins from Bicycle Bakery and sourdough from Gilda and Docker . Fish is sourced from Chapman ’ s of Sevenoaks and La Mer . Dairy , supplied by Curd & Cure , features local favourites Ashmore Cheddar and Kingcott Blue . Alongside the food menu is a seasonal menu of renowned cocktail serves based around key local artisan spirits including Pleasant Land Distillery ’ s White Cliffs
Gin , Vela Vodka , Sharps Toffee Liqueur , and Anno and Chapel Down gins and vodka . Juice comes from Owlets and coffee is homegrown too , supplied by Canterbury-based Do Good . Even the soap is Kentish , made by Pelegrims from the waste products of Westwell Vineyard . While the chef ’ s table ’ s crockery was custom made by James Fitzpatrick of failté acclaim .
