Save your household items that are broken or have just stopped working from ending up in landfill with help from Faversham ' s local non-profit Repair Café which can now be found at Macknade on the first Wednesday of each month . The team of super talented volunteers will be on hand to offer advice and repairs of the following items : clothing / textiles , dolls , soft toys and teddy bears , computers / IT , electronics and mechanical , jewellery , leatherwork , small electrical ( PAT testing ) and software . There ' s no need to book , just turn up on the day and the team will do their best to get you up and running again for a small donation .
