Harnessing an utter commitment to , and understanding of , incredible fine cookery and old and new world wines , there is a welcoming yet refined ambience to the intimate dining room ; an affair of deep blues , stripped back wooden floors , intimate tables and the restored Victorian cabinetry that now serves as a showstopping wine display .
