Here at The Curious we are passionate about food as an experience ; it should be visual and immersive and your guests will remember your food ! From elegantly plated food in the middle of the woods to bubbling cauldrons over a wood fire , delicate high teas to rustic feasts , The Curious is always looking for new and immersive dining experiences while also enjoying the classic , simple elegance of traditional dishes .
The use of local suppliers , seasonal produce and our own allotment assists us on our sustainability journey . We are extremely lucky to have a host of fantastic local producers and suppliers to choose from in Kent . The Curious is also very privileged to be sole or approved caterer to a variety of stunning venues including Sprivers Mansion , Battle Hall at Leeds Castle , Great Buds House , The Mount Vineyard and Chiddingstone Castle .
