WEDDING SHOWCASE
Discover the beauty of Bradbourne House in person at our wedding showcase on Sunday 19 February from 11am - 4pm . Our open house will have all our recommended suppliers in attendance and the events team on hand for viewings and show rounds , as well as a selection of canapés and fizz to sweeten your day .
Booking will be necessary to ensure our show rounds are intimate and relaxed , and we will also have a special offer available if you choose to book your wedding with us on the day .
WHO WE ARE
Bradbourne House is an 18th-century country manor nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside . A family owned property for nearly 400 years , holding many treasured possessions and historical artefacts , the manor has been owned by the East Malling Trust since 1938 . By holding your wedding at Bradbourne House , you will be contributing to the preservation of this elegant manor house and providing muchneeded income for horticultural research .
YOUR DAY , YOUR WAY
The house is exclusively available from 10am until 11pm on the day of your wedding and includes the use of the bridal dressing room , where you can relax and prepare for your day in a calm and peaceful space .
After rolling out the red carpet for your arrival , we have four stunning areas available for your ceremony – the Great Hall , The Drawing Room , the Great Hall Steps and The Hatton Fruit Garden – all of which can hold weddings for between 40 and 100 guests during the day and a further 100 guests in the evening .
Grand or intimate , indoor dining or outside drinks reception , Bradbourne House offers a choice of stylish celebration and entertaining spaces to host your dream wedding reception . Interconnecting spaces create a natural flow from room to room , with our events team on hand to ensure a seamless day .
The entirety of the 20 acres of rolling parkland is filled with orchards , crop trials and vineyards , as well as a tranquil lake and waterfall , creating the perfect setting for your photographs .
WINE AND DINE
Our in-house chefs have developed an outstanding collection of menus using local , sustainable ingredients , available for you to sample and personalise .
We ’ ll take you through every aspect of the food and drink of your chosen wedding breakfast menu so you know exactly what will be served on the day from the Champagne , Pimm ’ s or elderflower spritz on arrival to the sumptuous evening selection .
If food is where your heart lies , we have a variety of dishes to choose from , including but not limited to burnt Kent coast mackerel , braised shin of beef , and seared Loch Duart salmon fillet . Followed by a selection of specially created desserts to satisfy that sweet tooth , from warm sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel ice cream , Sicilian lemon posset with lavender shortbread and dark chocolate cremeux , there will be something for everybody .
