Ingredients :
• 12.5ml dry English vermouth
• 12.5ml pomegranate syrup
• 25ml lychee liqueur
• 50ml sparkling wine
Method : 1 . Shake the few ingredients together .
2 . Top up with your favorite sparkling wine .
To Serve :
Serve it in an old fashioned Martini glass to give it a retro charm with some edible fresh or dried flowers , or even dried cranberry at Christmas time !
