SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR REMINDING EVERYONE OF THE DREADFUL FESTIVE SEASON OF 2020 WHEN CHRISTMAS WAS ‘ CANCELLED ’ ( THANKS COVID ), BUT IF YOU CAN , TRY TO RESURRECT THAT FEELING OF DISAPPOINTMENT , EMPTINESS AND LONELINESS . IT ’ S HORRIBLE , ISN ’ T IT ? BLEAK TO SAY THE VERY LEAST .

Sadly , that is how many the most vulnerable and needy in our society feel – not just at Christmas , but for extended periods during their lives . Struggling financially , emotionally , or physically to the point where you are unable to support yourself as much as you need to in order to simply ‘ get by ’ in life
( especially in today ’ s rather challenging climate ) can be crippling . So now , with Christmas just around the corner , we ’ re turning our minds to consider how we can help others – not just throughout Christmastime , but as part of an ongoing mission to better the lives of people not as fortunate as ourselves .
Charitable support doesn ’ t need to be financial ; your time is just as precious as your purse to someone feeling lonely , so if you are in a position to give something back this Christmas and beyond , please read ahead to see the many ways in which you can make a difference .
