KENT IS ONE OF THE MOST OUTSTANDING COUNTIES IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY WHERE EDUCATION IS CONCERNED – AND THAT ’ S OFFICIAL . 2021 OFSTED FIGURES SHOW THAT OVER 90 PRIMARY SCHOOLS AND MORE THAN 30 SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN KENT HAVE BEEN RANKED OUTSTANDING BY OFSTED INSPECTORS , WHICH IS PRETTY INCREDIBLE CONSIDERING ALL OF THE DISRUPTIONS THAT THE PAST TWO YEARS HAVE BROUGHT TO THE LIVES OF BOTH PUPILS AND TEACHERS . ( NOT TO MENTION PARENTS – HANDS UP WHO NEVER WANTS TO HEAR THE WORDS ‘ HOME SCHOOLING ’ AGAIN ?)
For parents and carers of school-age children , it ’ s a huge relief to know that there are so many fantastic schools dotted across the county – struggling to pick from a bounty of brilliant establishments isn ’ t a bad problem to have … And for children lucky enough to be born and bred in Kent , it means their education is guaranteed to be excellent and that they will learn the essential life skills that a great school imparts in exceptional
surroundings while being taught by teachers – both engaged and engaging – who love what they do .
It ' s said that your school days are the best days of your life , which is certainly true if you ’ re living them out in the Garden of England . Kentish kids ( or those children whose parents have decided to hop across the Sussex , Surrey , Essex or London border to guarantee their offspring an excellent education ) will learn , have fun and develop their personalities and interests in a supportive and structured environment , which ultimately means they will grow up to be good people who will contribute meaningfully to society . Happy days : what more could we possibly want for our kids ?
