Lost Sheep Coffee , Canterbury www . lostsheepcoffee . com
Lost Sheep Coffee recently celebrated their 10th birthday . It all started in 2012 , when Stu and Sarah got back from their travels around the world and purchased a three-wheeled micro coffee van , pitching it up on Canterbury ’ s high street . In 2014 , the van was upgraded to the Lost Sheep Coffee Pod , then in 2017 it tripled in size to become the ‘ pod 2.0 ’ that everyone knows and loves today . 2017 was also the year Lost Sheep opened their award-winning specialty coffee roastery in Whitstable , which is where all their coffee is roasted in small batches . 2021 saw the opening of the Lost Sheep Coffee and Kitchen next to the cathedral gate in Sun Street , Canterbury .
Drinkers of Lost Sheep can sip with confidence too . All of their coffee is fully traceable , fairly traded and hand roasted in Whitstable . “ All of our coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure you get the best coffee experience ,” says Lost Sheep ’ s Hannah . “ Customers can enjoy our coffee at both of our Canterbury locations . If you fancy sitting in with a coffee and some cake , pop by our Lost Sheep Coffee and Kitchen , and if you ’ re after a quick takeaway brew , the pod by Canterbury bus station is the perfect place ! For those wanting to take some of our specialty coffee home , they can pick up bags of beans or our Nespresso-compatible coffee pods , available at either of our Canterbury locations . Coffee lovers can also visit our website , where not only do we have our award-winning and delicious ‘ Get to the Hopper ’ blend but also a great selection of tasty single origins and eco pods – all packaged in fully recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging .”
