To accommodate its growing team , Sharp Relations has recently relocated to a purposebuilt media and office space in Ashford ’ s Evegate Business and Retail Park .
“ This year , we ’ ve slowed the growth to focus on improving the company infrastructure , plus implementing systems and processes and all those very grown-up sounding things . Mainly , I have to stop coming up with new ideas before the last one is completed ; pretty sure this drives the team barmy ,” laughs AJ .
“ We ’ ve totally cracked what food and drinks brands want and need from us , and that ’ s a very exciting place to be . In my mind , the more businessowners we can guide and support to make their dreams into a reality , the better . We offer services for all sizes of companies , from start-ups to multinationals .”
The team who manage the PR for the Guild of Fine Food and Great Taste , were winners of both the Creative & Digital and the Small Business categories in the Kent Business Awards in Nov 2021 .
AJ has also been presenting The Food Talk Show with Susie Warran-Smith CBE , which is produced and recorded with CD Studios situated in Ashford ’ s Coachworks . She explains : “ We ’ ve had some lovely local guests introduced to us via Produced in Kent , as well as many food experts travelling to us from all over the UK to be featured .” The weekly show airs live at 5pm every Monday and you can tune in via local radio stations around the UK and via the podcast apps like Spotify , iTunes , Audible etc .
