The budget for the project was set out at the feasibility stage outlined above and the design and construction of the building was tailored to the agreed budget .
Where do you start with interior styling for a home that needs to appeal to a mix of residents ?
The interior styling is important for our residents but also for their families and our care team , so there ’ s lots of different people to please . The intention was to create a safe , warm and welcoming environment that looks and feels familiar , pays a nod to the locality , to the county and to the wedding and events venue building that was originally on the site .
All residents have luxury bedrooms which are spacious , light and airy . They all have great technology specifications covering everything from individual phone points to flat screen TVs , wifi to nurse call systems . All rooms also have beautifully designed private en-suite bathrooms , providing ultimate relaxation , privacy and accessibility .
