Whether staunch royalist or reflective progressive , all will have been impacted by the passing of the world ’ s longest reigning monarch . Her funeral , as was her life , a poignant tribute to unfaltering service and our country ’ s mother figure , and a reminder to us all to treasure our loved ones and always look for the celebrations in our lives .
