Many parents chose KC for the individual approach that it takes in developing each child ’ s abilities with its unique approach to bespoke timetables ; which can accommodate a wide variety of GCSEs and the International Baccalaureate , A Levels and Cambridge Technicals in the sixth form .

Something for everyone
With over 60 different co-curricular activities on offer from archery to yoga , astronomy to jewellery making , there really is something for everyone in the extended day provision . The School Farm is a firm favourite with pupils . Here , students can enjoy riding lessons or join the Farm Club to learn to care for our family of cows , sheep , pigs , rabbits and chickens and attend the Kent County Show as part of our Young Farmers group .
Room to grow in our safe environment
The school ’ s 80-acre campus is equipped with spacious classrooms , modern science labs , a languages centre , a new sixth form centre , music school and art studio , as well as an astroturf , sports hall , tennis and netball courts , and 24 acres of playing fields . Our award-winning , 600-seat Great Hall is used for worship and the performing arts , and provides a spectacular venue for our seven musical ensembles , five choirs and 11 creative drama performances a year , as well as being a venue for local and international performers and events including the Canterbury Festival and Shakespeare ’ s Globe .

We are immensely proud of our Scholarship Programme and regularly have teams that go through to national finals and musicians that perform at the highest level . KC recognises and rewards outstanding ability to talented students within these key areas for entrants in Year 7 , Year 9 or Year 12 :
