Japanese 135 Spritz
Recipe by : The Ivy Asia 135 ° East Gin – a Hyogo Dry Gin www . theivyasia . com
Ingredients :
• 40ml 135 ° East Gin
• 2 bar spoons of Le Fruit de Monin rhubarb puree
• 4 raspberries
• 100ml elderflower tonic
Method : 1 . Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker ( including raspberries ) over cubed ice and shake until chilled . 2 . Pour over ice in a wine glass and garnish with two fresh raspberries .
