6 . Always look at reviews for venues . Who knows more about how the venue works than previous couples ?
7 . Only contact venues that you would like to hear from ; don ’ t blanket contact as it can be overwhelming receiving emails back from all these venues .
8 . Try to go to a wedding fair at your chosen venue . It is great to see it set up for the day , with recommended suppliers there to speak to . You can usually tick off a lot on these days .
9 . Ask your venue for their recommended supplier list as these suppliers are usually people that work well with the venue . But again , always take a look at their reviews .
10 . Start putting together a rough table plan early on . This can be one of the hardest tasks for acouple , so grab a bottle of wine and make an evening of it .
