1 . Create a book or folder dedicated to your wedding planning and keep everything in one place .
2 . Create your guest list as this will help determine which venues are available to you . Make a case for each guest - it sounds harsh , but it can get out of hand sometimes !
3 . Create a list of must-haves and deal breakers for a venue , such as if you want to get dressed at the venue , or if you want separate rooms for different parts of the day .
