One of our favourite seaside tearooms that has been a staple part of Herne Bay ’ s community for 14 years is Mortimer ’ s . Sitting sweetly on the high street , Mortimer ’ s is famous for its fantastic all-day breakfasts and delectable cream teas which come served alongside their friendly and welcoming atmosphere that will have even a stranger to Mortimer ’ s feel an air of heartwarming familiarity . Diners can enjoy homemade soups , snacks and lovingly cooked roast dinners .
