What are you most proud of ?
Quinn Homes is a new venture yet has really created a stir in the industry . Quinn Homes has won Best Family Home at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards in 2021 alongside Best Small Housebuilder in the Housebuilder Awards and WhatHouse ? Awards , also in 2021 . To stand out in a very competitive field for creating stunning homes and everything else the brand stands for in terms of product , customer service and design is a really proud moment .
What are your hints and tips for those looking to purchase a new build home ?
The detail is key . For example , what brand of appliances are being used ? What brand of sanitaryware ? We use ROCA sanitaryware which is a fantastic brand but quite often lesser brands or unbranded goods are used which will simply not last . We also provide carpets as a standard rather than an optional extra . We build homes that you can move straight into and buyers really do appreciate that .
There are plenty of certificates and warranties associated with new build homes and these are of course crucial . However , industry leading aftercare is something we pride ourselves on and are known for by our peers and is something that should be highly considered when buying a new property .
What ’ s next ?
Everything is currently sold out at Pottery Grove but we have a new showhome coming this summer and the release of a new phase which we expect will really excite buyers – both those moving into the area and those relocating within Deal .
In addition , we have new apartments coming at Eddington Park , Herne Bay , new homes at Grove Park in Sellindge and the release of some much-anticipated self-builds this year so we are entering a really busy period with exceptional new homes coming in great locations .
