How was the location for the Pottery Grove property development chosen ?
We are Canterbury based and many of our staff live in the town and surrounding villages so for us Deal is a town we know and like a lot ; it was only a matter of time before we managed to find a site that met our criteria . Deal is going from strength to strength and is one of the most desirable towns in the UK , it has featured in The Times ’ list of the best places to live in both 2021 and 2022 . With an award-winning high street on a truly stunning part of the British coastline , Deal is without doubt on the map .
What was the property development brief ? best homes in the town . Given the rate of sales , there is no doubt that buyers appreciate the quality of the 2- , 3- and 4-bedroom homes at Pottery Grove .
This ethos will not change as we add new phases and bring forward the apartments that we received consent on also .
