The perfect way to take crumpets from breakfast through to decadent dessert using everyone ’ s favourite Biscoff biscuits and salted caramel ice cream .
Ingredients :
• 2 crumpets
• Salted caramel ice cream
• Toffee sauce ( we love to use the Biscoff toffee sauce , but any other toffee sauce will work just as well )
• 2 crumbled Biscoff biscuits
Method :
1 . Toast two crumpets until perfectly crisp on the outside , but still delicately spongy on the inside .
2 . Place one crumpet as the base of the stack and top with one scoop of salted caramel ice cream .
3 . Top with the second crumpet and another scoop of salted caramel ice cream .
4 . Drizzle generously with Biscoff toffee sauce and finally top with crumbled Biscoff biscuits .
