‘ My top tip for creating a great grazing platter is to start with choosing four to five cheeses . Always include a blue , something soft and creamy like a Brie or Camembert , as well as a hard , tangy cheddar for contrast . For a real range of variety , include a different milk , such as a goat ’ s cheese or a sheep ’ s cheese like Manchego .’
‘ When it comes to charcuterie and cured meats , select some salamis , some special hams and of course a classic chorizo . Never forget to add antipasto like olives , pickles and sun dried tomatoes , which are always a solid favourite . Grapes , berries and dried fruits will go perfectly with the cheeses , so they are just as important to include . Finish off with some nuts for additional texture and added crunch .’
