My first love ( aside from my own loved ones of course ) is travel . Yes , food is up there too , but for me , that smack-you-in-the-face , sun-drenched humidity when plane door opens to a whole new adventure * (* casually interchangeable with train , boat , car , city lights , cool breeze - you get my drift ) is truly what I live for .
Having seemingly waited an eternity to be able to travel again , my most recent trip euphoria not only harnessed my own intrinsic travel excitement , but was further elevated knowing that I was about to experience a Palace Resort stay , and , of course , by the added energy of travelling with the Ready kids in tow too .
Loaded up in a way only a family vacation entails ( my top family travel tip is one hand luggage bag filled with long-haul friendly activities , replaced with cosy onesies for red-eye night flights home , and one solely devoted to snacks – you can thank me later !), our car was taken care of courtesy of Holiday Extras ’ Meet & Greet Car Parking , and our belated family holiday could begin in earnest .
